Project Guidelines
  • Fill out proposal form and submit here: 
  • Project committee will review your proposal and respond back to you that your project has been approved. THIS IS THE BEGINNING OF YOUR JOURNEY!
  • You are the leader of your project. Responsibilities include: Researching any costs involved, manpower needed, handling youth protection concerns etc... and responding back to the committee with all questions answered. 
  • At this point, the committee will forward your project to the Rotary Club of Sparks Board of Directors for final approval. 
  • If approved you are ready to start your project.
