Bill Thimmesch, Chairman of the Board

Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) provides critical support for abused and neglected children who are under the protection of the juvenile court.  CASA volunteer citizens step into children's lives and offer trust, consistency, and stability for the duration of legal proceedings.
Bill Thimmesch, Chairman of the Board of CASA, is a retired federal employee with over 20 years experience developing and delivering effective training programs for the federal and state government.  Presently he's an adjunct instructor at UNR in the department of Communications Studies.
