May 18, 2022
Since he came to his position in 2015, George has dedicated himself to the year-round role as the General Manager of the fourth largest rodeo in North America. His job involves coordinating countless moving pieces to ensure the success of this historic ten-day event. As a relatively new addition to the Reno Rodeo team, George brought a wealth of business and rodeo experience from his previous home in Caldwell, Idaho. At the time of their move, George and his lovely wife, Shannon, had been living in Idaho for 52 years. He jokingly explains that it took them that long to "grow their wings." George will share with us the exciting events planned for this years Rodeo June 16-25. |

![]() UNR Head Football Coach
Jun 15, 2022
With over two decades experience on the Nevada coaching staff and in administration, Ken was named UNR's 27th head coach on December 10, 2021. While building relationships with Wolf Pack fans in the community has been a goal since becoming Nevada's head coach, it's far from Wilson's top objective. That is to build Wolf Pack football into a championship football program again, a place it has not reached since 2010 when Wilson was the Wolf Pack's associate head coach and Nevada won the WAC with a 13-1 record. |
