Paul J. Enos is the CEO of the Nevada Trucking Association, which was established in 1932. The Nevada Trucking Association is the preeminent voice for the trucking industry in Nevada and is a 2 time recipient of the Mike Russell Trucking Image Award, a national recognition bestowed by the American Trucking Associations, annually for enhancing the image of the trucking industry. Enos also represents Noble Energy, an international oil and gas company, based in Houston, Texas.
Since assuming his position as CEO in 2006, Enos has aggressively advocated for public policies that do not only enhance the trucking industry’s competitiveness and profitability, but also improve Nevada’s general business climate. Previously, Enos served for the Manager of Government Affairs for the Retail Association of Nevada and as the Senior Issues Analyst for the McMullen Strategic Group.
Enos serves on the board of directors for the Nevada Transportation Network Self Insured Group, The American Trucking Associations Political Action Committee TRUCKPAC and the Hays Truck Museum, soon to be located in Reno, NV. In 2013, He was appointed by Nevada Governor Brian Sandoval to serve on the Emergency Response Commission and also serves on the City of Reno Charter Committee.
He is a member of Reno Elks Lodge #597, where he serves as a trustee,, the Little Flower School Board and of the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity, Delta Iota Chapter.
Enos is a regular co-host on Nevada Newsmakers with Sam Shad, a statewide public affairs, television and radio show. Born in Elko, Nevada, Enos is a third generation Nevadan. Enos is an Alumni of the University of Nevada, Reno. Enos and his wife, Sara, live in Reno, Nevada. They have a son Ben and a daughter Nora.
